As an internationally operating innovation hub, we embrace diversity and individuality. Women’s empowerment in technical professions is not only a benefit for the women themselves but also for society as a whole. Diversity fosters innovation and creativity, and a diverse workforce can develop better solutions for the challenges of the future.
Women are often underrepresented in technical professions and face prejudices and obstacles. Therefore, it is important to overcome these barriers and promote a culture of inclusion.
Today we would like to introduce some of our female teammates:
