New laser sintering plant put into operation
We are proud to announce the implementation of an EOS P396 laser-sinter machine. Having additive manufacturing technology – commonly known as ‘3D-printing’ – in house we are able to unleash new potential in terms of lightweight design development processes. These include ideation, design, simulation as well as time efficient production of highly complex parts.
This system enables us to manufacture components with high precision and detail accuracy. This is particularly advantageous for the development of lightweight components. By using SLS technology, we can not only significantly shorten production times but also increase material efficiency and thus save costs. At the same time, we can further expand our know-how in the promising field of additive manufacturing. This opens up the possibility for us to develop innovative and customized solutions for our customers.
An example of the variety of possibilities are our Comfort Lattice Pads, which are particularly comfortable to wear due to their special structure and material composition. These pads demonstrate how we can develop products that are both functional and comfortable through the use of the latest technologies and materials.
